To be tottaly honest with you here and with your question I felt that Tobbi feels towards you notthe sameway as you do. I feel you might of even known him either in a past life or in your early days. I feel this might have something to do with how you are feeling towards him, as if you met this guy in your past life then things will feel a whole lot different in this now in days in your current life. I feel he likes you but at this moment in time my love I feel he only likes you as a friend. I can see you both devloping a stronger friendship as the months go by, but only if you allow this and of course only if you want this to happen. But again for a relationship I can not see it at this moment in time. Maybe his feelings will change in the near future I do not know as I only tell you what I am being told and see right now. Think maybe about what you want in life and the reason why, Then send that thought out in your mind and then allow spirit energies to help you to gain this within your present life.
